Is there a minimum order?
No. You may order a single item. Wholesale pricing may apply depending on the order value and quantity.
Which delivery services are available?
We deliver across Ukraine with Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Delivery and other carriers by agreement.
How can I pay?
Available options include payment on delivery, bank transfer and cashless payment for business customers.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Eligible unused products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days when the original condition, packaging and completeness are preserved.
Is the stock information current?
We update availability regularly. A manager will contact you if an item or requested quantity changes before dispatch.
Do you work with companies and self-employed entrepreneurs?
Yes. We support cashless payments and provide the relevant order documents.
What are your business hours?
We are available from 06:00 to 17:00 on business days. Friday is our day off. Online orders can be placed at any time.
