Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, prices and stock information current. A manager may contact you if an item, price or requested quantity changes before dispatch.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted after its details are confirmed. Available payment methods are shown during checkout or agreed with a manager. Business customers may request the relevant accounting documents.

Delivery

Delivery timing and cost depend on the selected carrier, destination, parcel size and current carrier tariffs. Please inspect the parcel according to the carrier’s rules when receiving it.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they remain unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging. Statutory exclusions apply.
